ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 05.01.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No.28433 of 2021, thereby directing the respondent to issue notice to

the petitioner and the counter parties and after giving opportunity of hearing to them pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that, as directed by this Court, the respondent conducted detailed enquiry and passed order on 07.02.2025. He also produced a copy of the order dated 07.02.2025 passed by the respondent before this Court. 3.

Recording the above submissions, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
