Crl.O.P.No.24847 of 2023 Crl.O.P.No.24847 of 2023 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN , J.
The petitioner herein seeks anticipatory bail in Crime No.109 of 2023, on a complaint given by a college student. It is stated that the FIR had been registered under Sections 294 (b), 323 & 506 (i) IPC and Section 4 of TN Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the petitioner and the defacto complainant were in relationship and there was a quarrel. But there is a significant age difference between the petitioner and the defacto complainant.
3.In view of that particular fact and since further investigation have to be done in the nature of the complaint given and also the fact that the petitioner has six previous cases as noted by the learned Principal Sessions Judge while dismissing the earlier anticipatory bail application, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions, if any, are also closed.
