COMMMON PRAYER: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for the issuance of a writ of mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the proceedings of the 1st respondent in Ref.No.3509/2017/A3 dated 21.08.2017 and quash the same as illegal and direct the 1st respondent to release the Lorry bearing Registration No.TN-47-2395, No.TN-47AA-4312, No.TN-47-AT-4511, No.TN-38-Z-6714, No.TN-47-AT-4507, No.TN-47-AT-4515, No.TN-47-AT-4519 and No.TN-47-AT-4368 was seized on 17.08.2017 by the 2nd respondent herein to the petitioners.
