When the matter is taken up on 20.03.2023, a representation has been made by the learned counsel for the applicant/ plaintiff that settlement talks are going on. However, learned counsel for the plaintiff would submit that there is no end to the settlement talks and even today, there is no representation on behalf of the respondents/ defendants except the learned counsel for the 4th defendant. 2.An undertaking was given on behalf of the proposed 5th and 6th respondents and time was sought for filing vakalath and counter as early as on 24.01.2023. Even till date no vakalath has been filed on behalf of the 5th and 6th defendants. Their name has been printed in the cause list.

3.Considering the averments made in the application and also in spite of the repeated adjournments, no counter has been filed on behalf of the 5th and 6th respondents they have neither entered appearance nor have filed their counter. 4.In fine, this Application seeking to implead the 5th and 7th respondent as 5th and 6th defendants in the present suit is allowed. The newly impleaded parties are directed to file their written statement.

5.Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the suit. 06.04.2023 Gba
