2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent-Police and perused the materials available on record.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent-Police would submit that charge sheet has been filed in this case in e.filing No.C202400106 on 27.5.2024 before the Judicial Magistrate, Mayiladuthurai and the same is yet to be taken on file.
