Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent to dispose the petitioner representation dated 01.06.2023 pending on the file of the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.4133, A7/2023 dated 14.06.2023 in accordance with law.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a Mandamus to direct the 2nd Respondent to dispose of the Petitioner's representation dated 01.06.2023 pending on the file of the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.4133, A7/2023 dated 14.06.2023.

2. Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the Respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Patta has been transferred in the name of the said Radhakrishnan on the basis of forged and fabricated documents, therefore, the Petitioner has made this representation dated 01.06.2023, which to date has not been disposed of. Page No. 2 of 4

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

5. Considering the seriousness of the allegations made regarding the grant of Patta in the name of the said Radhakrishnan, the 2nd Respondent is directed to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 01.06.2023 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law after affording an opportunity for personal hearing to the Petitioner and the Respondents 4 to 6 as well. In the case of a rejection, a speaking order shall be passed. The aforesaid exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

6. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above observations and directions. No cost.
