The petitioner seeks bail in Crime No.389 of 2023, registered by the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 153, 504, 505(1)(b) of IPC and Section 67 of Information Technology Act. It is stated that the petitioner had been arrested on 05.10.2023. 2.It is stated that the petitioner had forwarded a derogatory video about the Chief Minister over Instagram. It is a case, where the petitioner should have been more responsible. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that betrothal of the petitioner was fixed on 08.10.2023. If that be so, then he should have concentrated on his own life and future instead of spending time on Instagram and posting videos unnecessarily and causing much damage to the reputation of the person on whom he had so circulated videos. 4.The entire aspect requires further investigation. At this stage, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner herein. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
