Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1/5
praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to issue separate patta comprised at Survey Nos.220/17A and 220/46 vide online application No.2024/0105/17/154477 dated 02.09.2024 and online application No.2024/N123/17/002478 dated 27.08.2024 within a time frame manner that may be fixed by this Court.

ORDER
The petitioner would submit that he had submitted an online application on 02.09.2024 obtained a separate patta in respect of the property comprised in S.No.220/17A and 220/46 Parapannacheri Village, Ariyalur Taluk & District.
2.It is the case of the petitioner that the property measuring an extent of 5297 sq. ft., in the said survey number belong to her deceased husband and on his demise the property devolved on her daughter, her mother-in-law and herself. Her mother-in-law had settled her share in favour of the petitioner's daugther by a registered settlement deed. Thereafter, the petitioner and her daughter had partitioned the property and requested for the issue of separate patta which application has not been taken into consideration. 2/5
3.Considering the request made on 27.08.2024, and the fact that the property has been partitioned among the parties, a mandamus is issued directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider and pass orders on the representation within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
