Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner wants to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to prefer an appeal against the non-disposal of the interlocutory application filed by the petitioner under the provisions of section 17 of SARFAESI Act in SIA SR No. 8342 of 2024 in SA.No. 117 of 2024 pending before the Debts Recovery Tribunal III, Chennai, before the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Chennai.
2.Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. No costs.
