The Application has been filed by the plaintiff seeking an interim direction directing the defendants to pay damages of Rs.1,50,000/- per month.

2.In view of the fact that one of the relief sought in the suit is also for a direction that the defendants should pay damages at Rs.1,50,000/- per month for use and occupation, the parties had adduced evidence on that issue also. I hold that this Application seeking an interim direction would not survive consideration any further and therefore, this Application stands dismissed.
