This application has been filed to direct the respondents to deposit the original sale deed dated 03.04.1970, original settlement deed dated 07.04.1972 before this Court, pending disposal of the suit.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has filed a counter stating that there will be no encumbrance created by the respondents/defendants in respect of the suit property till the disposal of the suit.

3. In such view of the matter, the interim Order, already granted by this Court on 16.11.20223, is made absolute.

4. Post the suit on 22.01.2024 for filing written statement of the defendants.
