Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to take action on the petitioner's representation dated 24.04.2023 which was forwarded by the 1st respondent in O.Mu.876923/2023/G1 dated 05.05.2023 to the 2nd respondent and remove the name of the respondents 4 to 6 who illegally entered their name in Patta No.1133 based on the petitioner's representation dated 24.04.2023 and pass such orders. The case of the petitioner is that erroneously three persons name have been included in the patta in respect of the lands of the petitioner and accordingly, she made an application to the 1st respondent/The District Collector which was forwarded to the 2nd respondent/Revenue Divisional Officer, who is the Competent Authority.

2. Mrs.Geetha Thamariselvan, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the Revenue Divisional Officer will consider the application in accordance with law.

3. In view thereof, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.04.2023 and dispose of the same in accordance with law on merits, in any event within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

4. It goes without saying that the 2nd respondent shall issue notice to the petitioner as well as the other aggrieved persons whose names are sought to be removed. No Costs.
