This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the first information report in Crime No.405 of 2017 dated 18.07.2017 registered by the first respondent and quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the investigation has been completed and the final report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Arakkonam on 25.09.2022.

4. In view of the above submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), nothing survives for further consideration in this Petition.
