Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to issue license in favour of the petitioner to run the bar attached to TASMAC wine shop No.4086, situated at No.1/31, Muthu Mariamman Koil Street, Manimangalam Village, Chengalpet, based upon the petitioner's representation dated 25.09.2023 and pass such orders. The writ petition is filed to direct the respondents to issue license in favour of the petitioner to run the bar attached to the TASMAC Wine Shop No.4086 situated at No.1/31, Muthu Mariamman Koil Street, Manimangalam Village, Chengalpet, based on petitioner's representation dated 25.09.2023.

2. When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents would submit that already tenders have been called for and the petitioner has also submitted his bid and if he turns out successful in the bid, the license for the shop will be continued.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner also agrees to the above course.

4. In view thereof, the writ petition is disposed of in the following terms:

The statement of the learned counsel for the respondents that the petitioner will be continued in the event, if he succeeds in the tender, is 2/4

recorded. No Costs. Consequently, the connected Writ Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
