This petition has been filed for a direction to direct the first respondent to provide police protection on the complaint dated 26.10.2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as also the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the first respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that on receipt of the complaint from the petitioner, he was issued CSR.No.998 of 2019 and after conducting enquiry, it was closed on 14.12.2019.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is of the view that at this stage, police protection cannot be granted to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
