W.M.P.No.31275 of 2023 in W.P.No.29815 of 2023 N.ANAND VENKATESH , J This petition was filed seeking to recall the order passed by this Court on 17.10.2023.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3.On going through the order passed on 17.10.2023, it is seen that this Court had merely recorded the submission made by the learned Government Advocate and disposed of the criminal original petition. This Court did not give any positive directions and it was more in the nature of disposing the petition based on the submission.

4.It is also brought to the notice of this Court that pursuant to the order, the drainage has also been laid. That apart, there is also a civil suit pending between the parties before the competent Civil Court. N.ANAND VENKATESH, J ssr in this recall petition requires any other interim order, it is left open to the petitioner to file an appropriate application before the Civil Court and seek for the remedy.
