2. It is seen that web copy in this matter was uploaded on 18.10.2023 and certified copy was issued only on 19.10.2023. Under this circumstance, since the Tribunal is working even today and tomorrow, the petitioner can very well move the Tribunal even by tomorrow (27.10.2023).

3. Considering the same, the interim protection which was granted till 19.10.2023 is extended till tomorrow (27.10.2023). It is made clear that there will not be no further extension of time.

The extension of interim order cannot have any impact before the Tribunal which will consider the matter on its own merits.
