This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners/accused in the event of arrest in C.C.No.285/2018 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate II, Sankari, Salem District.

2. It is stated that petitioners are accused in C.C.No.285/2018, now pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate II, Sankari, Salem District. It is seen that Non-Bailable Warrant against the petitioners herein had been issued on 16.08.2023. Therefore, anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioners would not arise. Petitioners are directed to surrender before the concerned Court and subject themselves to the order of the trial Court.

3. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
