The petitioner has approached this Court for the limited relief to consider his appeal dated 06.07.2023 pending on the file of the 1st respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondents and submits that the appeal will be considered and disposed of in accordance with law.

3. In view thereof, the writ petition is disposed of in the following terms:
