The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w 20 (b)(ii)(B) and 25 of NDPS Act, in Crime No.212 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is an innocent person and she has been falsely implicated in this case. Thus, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail for the petitioner. 3.It is stated by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing on behalf of the respondent that A1 was found in possession of 1.100 Kgs of Ganja. A1 was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 06.10.2023. So far as this petitioner is concerned, she managed to escape and it is stated that there are seven previous cases, out of which, six cases relates to NDPS offences. Thus, he prayed for dismissal of this petition. 4.In view of that particular fact, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
