O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner appeal dated 12.08.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. Since there is no adverse order passed against the fourth respondent in this writ petition, notice to the fourth respondent is dispensed with.

4. In the light of the limited scope of prayer sought for in this writ

petition and the submissions of the learned counsel on either side, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's appeal dated 12.08.2023, and conduct enquiry after issuing notice and after hearing the petitioner, fourth respondent and interested parties/rival claimants if any, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the abovesaid direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
