This application has been filed by the applicant/auction purchaser to condone the delay of 41 days in filing the appeal against the order passed in A.No.1776 of 2024 in E.P No.7 of 2020 dated 28.08.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the other side has no objection in allowing this application.

3. In view of no objection given by other side and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, the delay is condoned and accordingly, this application is allowed.
