O R D E R
The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second and third respondents to withdraw the Look Out Circular issued against the petitioners.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.
3. Based on the petition filed by the de facto complainant under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C, the case in Crime No.196 of 2024 was registered against the petitioners and others for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 r/w 34 of IPC on 18.10.2024. Consequently, Look Out Circulars were issued against the petitioners. Thereafter, the petitioners along with two others have filed a revision petition before this Court in 2/5
Crl.R.C.No.1230 of 2025 and this Court, by an order dated 07.08.2025, quashed the First Information Report in Crime No.196 of 2024. However, despite the quashing of the First Information Report, no action has been taken on the part of the respondents to withdraw the Look Out Circular pending against the petitioners. Hence, the present petition has been filed.
5. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, submitted that the Look Out Circular pending against the petitioners will be withdrawn within a period of one week.
6. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. 01.09.2025 ham To 1.
