This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.23063 of 2023 dated 06.10.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police once in a week on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter once in a month on every first Saturday at 10.30 a.m., till the filing of the charge sheet and thereafter as directed by the trial Court.
