CMP No.4963 of 2023 in CMA Sr. No.135187 of 2022 N.ANAND VENKATESH,J., Affidavit of service has been filed. Notice has been served on the counsel who appeared on behalf of the claimant before the Tribunal. There is no appearance either in person or through counsel for respondents 1 to 3. 2.The 4th respondent remained ex-parte even before the Tribunal and hence, notice is dispensed with.

3.Even though, this Court is not satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition to condone the exorbitant delay of 1371 days, it was contended that this was a case of no insurance.
