(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.) This petition has been filed seeking premature release of the petitioner Mr.Ayyappan S/o.Pitchandi under rule 341 of Tamil Nadu Prison Rules, 1983.
2. In view of the fact that the petitioner has been prematurely released vide G.O.(Ms).No.635, Home (Prison-IV) Department, dated 06.12.2023,
the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
