This miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 8 days in filing this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2. It is averred in the petition that the petitioner, as appellant, has filed Civil Miscellaneous Appeal Sr.No.127471 of 2019 on the file of this Court and it is stated in the petition that the original impugned judgment and decree has been misplaced and due to that delay in question has occurred and in order to condone the same, the present petition has been filed.

3. Mr.Jayakumar, learned counsel takes notice for the respondent and he has no serious objection in allowing this petition.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the appellant and perused the materials available on record.
