It is submitted that the fifth respondent in the appeal died. 2.C.M.P.Nos.1633 & 1634 of 2023 are filed to set aside the abatement and to bring on record the respondents 4 to 6 as legal representatives of the deceased fifth respondent.
3.Notice was ordered to the proposed respondents and Mr.A.Raghupathy, learned counsel has entered appearance for the proposed respondents 7 to 9 and this Court by order dated 15.12.2023 was pleased to order C.M.P.No.1631 of 2023 to condone the delay of 1473 days on payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- and the same has also been paid.
4.Since the delay has already been condoned, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered.
