ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that an interim order passed by this Court on 30.09.2020, has been complied by the respondents. By an interim order dated 30.09.2020, this Court has passed the following order:- "Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondent.

2.The learned counsel for the respondent would state that, he would direct the bank to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.01.2017, in accordance with law. The petitioner is also directed to give a copy of the said letter to the bank. On receipt of the said letter, the bank would consider the representation within a period of four weeks and report to this Court."

2.In view of the above, nothing further survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
