[Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.,] After some arguments, learned counsel on record for writ petitioner sought leave of this Court to withdraw the captioned 'Writ Petition' (hereinafter 'WP' for the sake of brevity) as there is a sea of confusion about the survey numbers. Learned counsel sought leave of this Court to preserve the rights of the writ petitioner to come up with a fresh writ petition on the same issue. Learned counsel has made an endorsement in the case file and a scanned reproduction of the same is as follows:

2. In the light of the narrative thus far, captioned WP is disposed of as closed/withdrawn albeit preserving the rights of the writ petitioner to come to this Court or approach any other fora on the same issue providing appropriate survey numbers, if so advised and so desired.
