The petitioner seeks bail in C.C.No.29 of 2021, pending before the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Madukkarai. The charges, which had been framed are under Sections 457 & 380 of IPC with respect to an occurrence, which took place on 28.12.2018. 2.A Non-bailable warrant had been again issued to the petitioner and the petitioner had been taken into custody on 25.06.2023 however, it is contended on behalf of the respondent that Non-bailable warrant is still pending against A2 and A4.

3.In view of that particular fact, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner herein at this stage. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
