This petition is filed by the writ petitioner to amend the prayer in W.P.No.13080 of 2016, as sought for in the prayer to this Writ Miscellaneous Petition.

2. According to the petitioner, originally the writ petition came to be filed challenging the proceedings passed by the 1st respondent on 30.03.2016. As the proceedings dated 30.3.2016 has been passed because of 2nd respondent's proceedings dated 1.10.2014, in order to avoid any technicality and for effective adjudication, he seek to amend the prayer as sought for in this petition.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents have no serious objection for allowing this petition, subject to filing their objections, if any, at the time of filing counter affidavit to writ petition.
