All these Criminal Original Petitions filed by the same petitioner in Crime Nos.47 of 2023, 123 of 2022, 15 of 2023, 119 of 2022, 125 of 2022, 126 of 2022, 10 of 2023 and 31 of 2023, wherein the petitioner is arrayed as A2 in all the first information reports. 2.It is stated that the first case was registered in Crime No. 122 of 2022. It is the case of the prosecution that the modest operandi was that A1 was stationed himself at Rajiv Gandhi Government General Hospital and identified two wheelers which were parked there and stole them and thereafter handed over the two wheelers to the petitioner herein, who is running a mechanic shop at Redhills and who dismantled the two wheeler and sold it as scrap in the spare parts market. 3.This effectively meant that the two wheelers have been destroyed once and for all and those who have lost the two wheelers can never be compensated.

4.It is also the case of the prosecution that the entire aspect had been caught in CCTV and thereafter, one after another, all the cases have been registered owing to the pending complaints. 5.In view of the seriousness of the offence, though the learned counsel stated that he would compensate for the loss suffered, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
