ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents to conduct investigation on the complaint of the petitioner registered in Crime No.108 of 2024 and to produce the husband of the petitioner Mr.Paneerselvam.

2. The Additional Public Prosecutor (Pondicherry) submitted that after registration of the FIR in Crime No.108 of 202, they respondent police conducted search in five places and so far, statements have been recorded from 11 persons under Section 161 Cr.P.C. and that the investigation is under progress.

3. Since already the investigation is under progress, no specific direction is required.
