Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, direct the respondents to consider the petitioner representation dated 13.10.2022 for regularization of the period of service from 07.07.1994 to 06.03.2001 as

duty period with consequential and other attendant benefits including arrears of salary as well as promotion on par with juniors with consequential benefits within a reasonable time frame as deem fit by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner representation dated 13.10.2022 for regularization of the period of service from 07.07.1994 to 06.03.2001 as duty period with consequential and other attendant benefits including arrears of salary as well as promotion on par with juniors with consequential benefits within a reasonable time frame as deem fit by this Hon'ble Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and she has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle to that effect.

3. In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
