PRAYER : Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue Writ of Mandamus or any other direction in the nature of writ directing the respondents 2 & 3 to give adequate police protection especially rapid action force under the direct supervision of 2nd respondent thereby enable the 6th respondent to execute the order dated 26.05.2023 passed by our Court in WP No. 16392 of 2023 based on representation dated 21.10.2023 within time frame as fixed by this Court.
