O R D E R

Writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to take further action on the proceedings issued in Aa8 / 037 / 2021 dated 13.09.2021 within a time frame.

2. The case of the petitioner is that he has given a complaint against the respondents 3 to 5 in respect of allotment of funds with respect to the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme (MGNREGA). Though his complaint has been taken cognizance by the 2nd respondent no further action has been taken. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

3. Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents produced a letter indicating that the enquiry has been conducted by the Block Development Officer and found that there was no irregularities and copy of the proceedings was also given to the petitioner. In such view of the matter as the action has been taken no further direction is required to be

given in this case.

4. With the above observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
