This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP.No.24539 of 2022 on 11.10.2022 to stay at Chennai and report before the Inspector of Police, North Beach Police Station everyday at 10a.m., until further orders..

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners are relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
