The writ petition is filed for a mandamus to dispose of the petitioner's application dated 03.10.2023 to survey and demarcate the petitioner's land.

2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner there is no impediment for conduct of survey, but however the application is kept pending.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the petitioner's application is being processed and survey will be conducted in due course.

In view thereof, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's application dated 03.10.2023 by conducting the survey of the petitioner's land in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. No Costs.
