1. This petition is filed to condone the delay of 274 days in paying the deficit court fee of Rs.39,194/- in the above appeal.

2. Since the Petitioner being the State owned Transport Corporation, is expected to be more vigilant. The reasons given in the affidavit filed in support of this petition appear to be genuine and hence, this Court is inclined to allow this petition. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.

3. The Registry is directed to number the appeal if it is otherwise in order and post the appeal on 12.01.2023.
