This petition has been filed to extend the time to the petitioners to surrender before the lower Court in pursuance of the order dated 27.09.2024 made in Crl.O.P.No.23981 of 2024.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned counsel for the Petitioners and the reasons stated in the affidavit that he was unable to mobilize the funds due to poor financial conditions, this Court is inclined to grant extension of time for a period of one month. Accordingly, ordered.
