This Criminal Original Petition is listed today under the caption "for being mentioned".

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court, by an order dated 01.11.2023, had granted bail to the petitioner. However, in the order copy, the name of the counsel for the petitioner has been wrongly mentioned as Mr.M.Muthusamy instead of Mr.A.Thiyagarajan, Senior Advocate and the alleged crime number has also been wrongly mentioned as Crime No.8C/AC/2023 instead of Crime No.8/AC/2023. Hence, he prayed for suitable directions.

3. Accepting the submissions of the learned counsel, the name of the counsel for the petitioner in the cause title in Crl.O.P.No.25048 of 2023 shall read as "Mr.A.Thiyagarajan, Senior Advocate" and Crime Number in the prayer and 1st paragraph of the order in Crl.O.P.No.25048 of 2023 shall read as "Crime No.8/AC/2023".

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary corrections in the order and issue fresh order copy on 03.11.2023.
