This petition has been filed to grant extension of time to the petitioners for surrender and executing the sureties in Crl.O.P.No. 23020 of 2024 dated 20.09.2024.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the reasons stated in the affidavit that he was unable to furnish sureties due to illness, this Court is inclined to grant extension of time for another period of one month. Accordingly, ordered.
