This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner for promotion to the post of P.G.Assistant(Tamil) in the existing vacancy in the third respondent School, in consideration of representation submitted by the petitioner dated 10.11.2022 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.11.2022 and to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
