With consent of both sides, this Writ Petition has been taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to grant recognition to the petitioner School St.Mary's Nursery & Primary School at Nenjagoundanpudur, Pollachi, Coimbatore as time stipulated by this Court.

3. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, this Court without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, directs the third respondent to consider the the case of the petitioner after issuance of notice to the petitioner and after giving opportunity of hearing

to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
