ORDER

The Criminal Revision Case has been filed challenging the order of the dismissal of the petition filed under Sections 451 and 457 of Cr.P.C.

2. This petitioner is said to be involved in the offence under Section 328 IPC and Sections 7 and 20(1) of the Cigarette and other Tobacco Products Acts, 2003.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that confiscation proceedings have been initiated and notice has been issued on 27.05.2024 to the petitioner.
