This Court by an order dated 19.11.2025 condoned the delay of 76 days in filing the Restoration Petition subject to payment of cost of Rs.5,000/- to the State Legal Services Authority, Chennai.

2. The petitioners in compliance with the aforesaid order, paid the cost of Rs.5,000/- to the State Legal Services Authority, Chennai and also has filed the proof of payment along with an affidavit into this Court on 28.11.2025.

3. In view of the above, Registry is directed to put up the Restoration Petition for consideration of this Court.

4. List the case on 12.03.2026.
