Respondent Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to permit the petitioner to quarry and transport the quarried mineral on payment of necessary seigniorage from the petitioner's patta lands totally measuring 4.37.5 Hectares, situated in Sirumailur Village, comprised in Survey Nos.3/1A, 3/1B, 3/2, 5/2 & Sithlapakkam Village Comprised in Survey Nos. 86/1, 86/2, 87/1(P) of Uthiramerur Taluk, Kancheepuram District for a period of one year form the date of expiry of lease period mentioned in the lease agreement i.e., from 07.12.2022 or from the date of permitting the quarry operations.

ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and he has also made the following endorsement to that effect:
