The petition has been filed to relax the the condition in Para 7(a) of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.21296 of 2024 dated 10.09.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every alternate Saturday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two months.
