By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2.The case of the petitioner is that the the petitioner was initially working as a Part Time Sweeper on daily wages with the Panchayat Union Middle School, Punnapakkam Village. Thereafter she was appointed y the fifth respondent herein vide order dated 12.08.1983. From the date of appointment the petitioner is working as Sweeper without any remarks. However, the service of the petitioner was not regularised. In this regard, the petitioner made a representation on 06.04.2017 and the School Headmaster forwarded the proposal on 05.12.2018. Again on 11.12.2018, the petitioner made a representation, but till date the same has been not considered. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present petition.
3.Heard both sides.
4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice, if a direction is issued to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.12.2018 and pass orders, within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.
5.Though the petitioner has sought for a larger relief, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.12.2018 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
6.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
